What is the background of the founders of HighTower?

HighTower Group was formed by experienced contract furniture professionals that understand the Architectural and Design Community and have dedicated themselves to being the premier source for innovative interior solutions.  The company was founded in 2003 by Scott Hartkopf, Natalie Hartkopf, Rachel Hartkopf and Wendy Nichols.   You can learn more about our Team here


I am a consumer, can I buy from you?

HighTower is a contract furniture manufacturer that works exclusively with the design trade.  We do have a network of terrific retailers who can help you with select product interests.  Just email us with the information on the product you're interested in buying for your personal use and we will try to help you get it!  Thanks for your interest in HighTower products!


Where do I find pricing on your website?

No problem!  By clicking on the Pricing Icon on each product page you will download a PDF spec sheet with LIST pricing in USD.  If you are a designer, dealer or retailer, please contact us for your trade discount and written price quote.  


Are all available products shown on the website?

If you cannot find something on our website that you believe is a HighTower product, please provide us with the model #, product description, estimated quantity, delivery address, phone number and preferred delivery date.  We will review these details and if the products is still available, we will quickly provide a written price quote for your review. HighTower has offices & showrooms in Kansas City, MO and High Point, NC. You can see some images from our offices here


Do you have a local salesperson or a showroom?

Probably!  HighTower is represented across North America by a great network of independent sales reps.  Please contact us via email using service@hightoweraccess.com or give us a call (816) 286-1051 for information regarding your local representative.   We're always happy to help!

What is the standard lead-time for delivery?

We have many standard products in-stock in North Carolina, however, custom specified pieces will typically take from 4 – 8 weeks for production and transport.  Some specialty items may take longer. We will provide an estimated lead-time with your price quotation. You can use our QuickShip Icon to sort products that are available within faster lead times.
